Andrea Skavlem was first introduced to the beautiful Black Hills thanks to a chance visit to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. She promptly fell in love with the area; the views, the land, and the people. She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana and relocated as a child to Grand Forks, North Dakota – these areas giving her a love of nature and all God’s creations. That passion continues as she planted roots in Rapid City in 2011.
Andrea studied nursing at the University of North Dakota and Maryville University, attaining her Bachelor of Science in 2011 and her Master of Science in 2018. She brings great experience to her clients thanks to vast work experiences, and she continues to learn and grow. There is almost no project she isn’t willing to try and tackle. She obtained her broker associate in 2015 and her brokers license in 2019 before purchasing Kingdom Realty, Inc. in 2020. Her background and experiences allow her naturally compassionate personality to help families attain their home ownership or investment-building goals. Andrea is devoted to helping her clients achieve their dreams and a place to celebrate them.
With a stress-free approach to the real estate market, Andrea loves working with buyers to determine their unique needs. The Black Hills offers a wealth of possibilities and Andrea works hard to ensure that each client understands the potential of their new home. She especially loves the chance to interact with people who relocate here from all over the world. A true ‘people’s person’, she strives to help her clients find the right home – a place to feel safe and secure.
A mom to five and grandmother of two, Andrea is a huge advocate for foster children and children’s needs. She enjoys spending time with her family, attending and volunteering with her church, weekend drives through the Hills, cars, motorcycles; anything with a motor really, and football. Always looking for her next adventure and ways to challenge herself to grow and be better than she was yesterday.

Jonathan Weets found a home in the Black Hills, overtaken by the beauty of the hills and views and confirmed with the atmosphere and people, he enjoyed visiting family in the area as a child and young adult. He may have started life in Kansas City, Missouri, however he grew up traveling the world before his family planted roots in Panama.
Jonathan studied theology and business but is a lifelong learner, always thirsting to expand his knowledge base, both for himself and his clients. Prior to getting his real estate license in 2022 he worked as a chef and continues to be a business owner with experience in banking, insurance, and property management. This life experience helps him to take care of his clients and provides a well-rounded approach to real estate.
Jonathan’s strong Christian upbringing and morals guide him, he is active in his church and community. He has a true servant’s heart that shines through in all he does. Its this heart that guides him to help his clients obtain their dreams of finding that safe space – a sanctuary where their burdens are left at the door—their kingdom, their home. Jonathan is interested in working with all types of clients, buyers, and sellers alike, and brings a no-nonsense hard work ethic to the table … and a fair amount of comic relief if needed. He loves all aspects of home ownership, from the groundbreaking and construction through handing the keys to the new owners.
A husband and father who has a passion for God’s fur-less creatures—fish and reptiles, he also enjoys anything with wheels and a motor. He will always have a passion for cooking and anyone who has gotten to experience his meals should count themselves very lucky and very special. In his quiet time, he will be found exploring his hobbies and continuing to learn, He will tell you himself he is YouTube certified!
